My inspector was very thorough and methodically moved through the house and found a variety of items for our attention. He developed his report while still on site and explained it and fielded our questions to our complete satisfaction. He also found potential AC, plumbing and electrical issues as well as several noteworthy non-critical issues. As a result, we have negotiated a good repair agreement with the seller and will be moving in soon. I recommend Elite Inspection Group.
