What is Infrared Thermography?
Infrared Thermography is the science of detecting infrared energy emitted from an object, converting it to apparent temperature, and displaying the result as an infrared image. This allows us to see surface temperature differentials in the building materials in your home.

Termite Inspection
Your home will be inspected on the inside and outside for any wood destroying inspects such as termites, carpenter bees, and carpenter ants. The inspector will note any conductive conductions for wood destroying inspects and make recommendations on preventative measures.
Pool/Spa Inspection
A swimming pool system consists of many components. We inspect all aspects of the pool to ensure you don’t get soaked with a bunch of repairs after moving in. Some of the details we inspect are decking, pumps, the pool heater, blowers, coping, skimmers, water features, electrical facets, bonding, pool lights, safety barriers, and door alarms.
