After working with hundreds of home inspectors and reading countless reports, Realtors, Garrett Hand and Mike Kemper identified an undeniable gap in the inspection industry: the message between inspector and home buyer or seller was lost. This realization inspired the primary purpose of Elite Inspection Group and desire to efficiently service the needs of home buyers and sellers by:

  • Improving the scheduling experience
  • Expanding service offerings
  • Explaining inspection reports in language homeowners can actually understand

Mike Kemper (TREC #20504)

Mike Kemper, from Shreveport, LA, started in the Real Estate industry by chance. After leaving college and moving to Bellingham, WA, along with his wife Wendy, the pair decided to sell their retail store and relocate closer to family in Frisco, TX. After months of unsuccessful listings with a commercial broker, Mike took matters into his own hands and wound up selling his company in 40 days to a local small business owner, thus spurring the start of his real estate career.

In 2005, Mike began working with Keller Williams Realty. After 8 years in the industry, Mike identified a niche in the market lacking quality customer service, expertise and professionalism: home inspections. It wasn’t long before Mike partnered with fellow local Realtor, Garrett Hand to form Elite Inspection Group.

Garrett Hand (TDA 702629)

After graduating Angelo State University, Garrett Hand was promoted to VP Branch Manager at Bank of America at only 25 years old. His career at Bank of America was an exceptional one, yet after a chance encounter selling a friend’s home, Garrett switched gears and began his career in Real Estate to help people with their biggest investment decisions.

Not before long, Garrett met Mike, and the two decided to tackle the #1 “deal killer” in the home sales process: the home inspection. Right from the start, Garrett sought to enhance communication between homeowner and inspector, and ensure individuals understood the inspection process and felt confident in their investment decisions. With experience in loans, the real estate process and now inspection services, with Garrett you can be confident you’re making the best decision for your family.

Wendy Kemper, Office Manager

“Wendy Kemper plays an integral part at Elite and is an absolute pleasure to work with.  She has always been available to answer my questions, book appointments,  takes my calls and responds to my texts quickly.  She is always happy and friendly and willing to accommodate whatever the needs of my clients. Partnering with other professionals like Wendy, who share the level of customer service that I always want to provide, makes my job just a little bit easier.” – Kyle Bernardi, Keller Williams

Dianne Silverly

Dianne started her career as a commercial underwriter after graduation from Illinois Wesleyan University in Central Illinois. She worked first for American Family Insurance and then with State Farm. After her time helping insurance agents, she took an opportunity as a sales executive for American Home Shield for 14 years, where she worked with real estate agents and helped them to become familiar with the products, providing first class customer support. She became involved in the real estate community and knew that’s where she wanted to continue.

When her husband’s job was moved to Texas, she looked for another opportunity in the field she had grown to love. She learned about Elite Inspection Group and it sounded like the perfect match for her skills and the chance to continue helping the real estate sales community and being a partner in success.

Steve Woodward (TREC #21106, TDA 713314)

“Steve Woodward was the inspector who came out. He was easy to talk to and very professional. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with inspectors, completely unrelated to Elite Inspection Group, and so I was initially somewhat cautious. Steve relieved me by taking his job seriously and helping me understand the good and the bad qualities of my potential realty investment. He helped me understand a little about retaining walls. Also, he also explained some quirky design features of the new place.” – Monica, North Richland Hills

“I originally signed up for one of Elite Inspection Group’s new-build, pre-drywall/closing inspections. I later used their existing home inspection service with foundation analysis. The build process on our new-build went poorly and we opted to get out and into an existing home that was a better build. As part of the initial deal paid for, there was one-half of the service not rendered. I spoke with the scheduler at Elite Inspection Group and she offered to do an existing home inspection for a discounted cost. The inspector, Steve, was quick and efficient and he provided a very detailed report with the necessary detail needed to go to the seller with proposed fixes. All and all, I was impressed enough with the second go-around of service to offer my full recommendation of this company. They were on-time, professional, and thorough. – Beau, McKinney

Mark Sexton (TREC #22017) | US ARMY VET

“Very happy with our experience with Elite Inspection Group. Our inspector named Mark was great to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything well to us. Would definitely recommend their services.” – Elizabeth S. (Mesquite)

“Mark Sexton was great! He was very thorough when explaining the inspection report (foundation, general and wood dwelling insects) and took the time to make sure I understood the results. I highly recommend EIG for home inspections.” – Amit S., The Colony

Tim Nicholas (TREC #21618)

“Tim went over each part of the inspection report with me and answered all my questions. The inspection report was very thorough.” – Tarun O. (Flower Mound)

“Tim did an excellent job in home inspection. He has gone through each and every aspect in home and explained it clearly and in detail.” – Mark H. (Frisco)

Danny Nichols (TREC #22708)

Lyle “Casey” Causey | US NAVY VET

“Casey Causey, is so professional and explains the report to my clients in detail, but doesn't scare them on the minor things like some inspectors do. He has been very accommodating and I appreciate that.”Veronica Warwick, Realtor
