Anyway, he went right to it and frankly I got bored watching him check every little nook and cranny of the house. The final report was extremely detailed with close-up pics of the problem areas. The inspector was also very knowledgeable about construction standards; what was up to code and what was not and he explained everything in “layman’s” terms. When I asked for more detail, he was able to expand by using more construction-related terms and showed me what he noticed when I would definitely not have. I was very pleased. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but I’m glad I went with them. It’s amazing what difference you can get for just a $20 difference in quality and work ethic!
